Bio:As the son of Flash Reco did not get much time to his father but he
would be with him when ever he could but one day something happen to him that change him forever. Like
his father before him he gained amazing speed through a accedent in a lab with his father. At first he did not know anything
had happend to him but he soon found he was fast really fast so after profecting his power he went to the JLA to join but
he found out he was to young. Seeing the Teen Titans in action he thought why could he not
after a long time of training to prove himself he is now a proud member of the Titan team
